Legacy Ranch is currently under construction, and we’re excited to be bringing this space to life here in the Flathead Valley. We created this page as a place for couples planning ahead to follow along with our progress and better understand where we are in the build.
We know booking a venue that’s still being built comes with questions. Our goal is to be transparent, thoughtful, and realistic about timelines while staying focused on what matters most: creating an unforgettable experience once the doors open.
CURRENT PHASE:
Interior Build Phase
All rough-in work is complete, and construction is now moving into interior finishes, including drywall, paint, fixtures, and final interior details. Exterior paint and landscaping will be completed once weather conditions allow.
What This Means for Couples
We are actively booking future dates while construction continues. Many couples plan well in advance and we’re happy to talk through your timeline, priorities, and comfort level with booking during this phase.
While the site is still an active build, tours may be limited. When appropriate, we offer guided walkthroughs of the property, floor plans, and layouts to help you confidently envision your day.

While Legacy Ranch is a new venue, our team brings prior wedding venue experience from both the Flathead Valley and South Lake Tahoe. We’re taking what we have learned and thoughtfully applying it to a new space, with a focus on flow, guest experience, and well-run event days from the very beginning.OUR EXPERIENCE
