Payment schedule
Simple, in three payments

Invoices are due net 15. A one-time 8% late fee applies to any payment more than 30 days past due. Card and bank transfer payments carry the processing fees in your rental agreement. Checks carry none.
Your questions, answered
What is a venue coordinator, and is it included?
Venue coordination is included on every package. Our coordinator is on site for your event to manage the flow of the day, keep vendors on timeline, oversee setup and teardown, and handle the behind-the-scenes details. This is not a replacement for a wedding planner. If you want full planning support from engagement through event day, we can connect you with trusted local planners.
How many guests can Legacy Ranch hold?
Up to 175 guests indoors. Fire code sets that limit, and we hold it on every date.
Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes. Bring any licensed and insured caterer, photographer, florist, bartender or entertainer. We have no vendor exclusivity or minimums.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. Alcohol must be served by a professional bartending service that is licensed and insured. Self-service bars are not allowed. We can point you to bartenders we have worked with.
What does the retainer cover?
The 20% retainer holds your date and is non-refundable. 30% of the total is due 90 days before your event and the final 50% is due 14 days before.
What if it rains?
If weather makes your outdoor space unsafe or impractical, we move your ceremony indoors at no added fee, if capacity allows. Indoor capacity is 175 guests. Tenting, heating or cooling you want beyond that is arranged and paid for by you.
What else should I budget for?
Your rental fee covers the package. Also plan for a refundable security deposit due with your final payment, processing fees if you pay by card or bank transfer, and your vendors. Hours past your contracted time are $500 an hour. Guests above your confirmed count are $25 each.
Do you offer custom packages?
If none of our standard packages fits what you are envisioning, reach out. We would rather help you build the right day than fit you into the wrong box. Custom options are considered case by case, so the best first step is a conversation.
