Every Legacy Ranch package is designed around one idea: you shouldn't have to piece your day together from scratch. Setup, teardown, tables, chairs, and venue coordination are included — so you can focus on the moments that matter.
Our vendor policy is fully open. Bring your own caterer, photographer, and florist — or ask us for trusted local recommendations. We're here to support the vision you already have, not steer you toward one.

Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. All invoices are Net 15 — a late fee will be assessed on invoices unpaid after 5 days.

Venue coordination is included on all Legacy Ranch packages. Our coordinator is on-site for your event to manage the flow of the day — keeping vendors on timeline, overseeing setup and teardown, and handling the behind-the-scenes details so you don't have to. This is not a replacement for a wedding planner. If you'd like full planning support from engagement through event day, we're happy to connect you with trusted local planners we work with regularly.

Our 4,500 sq ft space is designed to flex with your guest count. We can walk you through layout options — whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration — during your tour or consultation. Reach out and we'll make sure the numbers work before you commit to anything.

Yes — our vendor policy is fully open. You're welcome to bring any licensed and insured caterer, photographer, florist, bartender, or entertainment provider of your choosing. We don't have exclusivity agreements or vendor minimums. If you'd like recommendations, we have a preferred partners list of local vendors we trust, but it's entirely your call.

Alcohol is permitted at Legacy Ranch. All bar service providers must be licensed and insured, and a copy of their liability insurance is required prior to your event date. If you need a referral to a licensed bar service, we're happy to point you toward vendors we've worked with.

The 20% retainer reserves your date and removes it from our availability calendar. It is non-refundable. Once your date is held, the remaining balance follows a structured payment schedule: 30% is due three months before your event, and the final 50% is due two weeks out. If you'd like to pay in full at the time of booking, we offer a 5% discount on the total.

Custom options and off-menu arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis, so the best first step is just starting a conversation.
